Introduction
DIGILIX LTD. ("we," "our," or "us") develops and operates a portfolio of mobile applications, web applications, and websites (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy applies to all applications published by DIGILIX LTD. and all websites developed or offered by DIGILIX LTD., including any current or future products. By using any of our Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
If you do not agree with this policy, please discontinue use of any DIGILIX Application.
Scope
This policy covers all Applications created, owned, or operated by DIGILIX, regardless of the platform on which they are distributed (including but not limited to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store). Each Application may collect and use information in the ways described below, consistent with its specific functionality.
Information We Collect
Depending on the Application you use, we may collect:
- Information you provide directly: Such as your name, email address, or other details submitted through support requests, contact forms, account registration, or in-app features.
- Technical and device information: Such as device type, operating system, app version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and general network information, collected automatically to support functionality, security, and diagnostics.
- Usage and analytics data: Aggregated or anonymized information about how you interact with our Applications, used to understand trends and improve user experience.
- Crash and performance data: Automatically collected error reports and performance metrics to help us identify and resolve technical issues.
- Content you submit to AI features: When you choose to use an optional cloud AI feature in one of our Applications, the text you submit (for example, the request you type) is collected only to process that request.
- Any other information relevant to the specific functionality of an individual Application.
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve our Applications.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and deliver the features of our Applications.
- Respond to support and user inquiries.
- Monitor and improve performance, reliability, and security.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent misuse or illegal activity.
- Analyze usage trends and develop new features or products.
- Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
Data Storage and Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of electronic storage or transmission is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Information may be stored and processed on servers in various jurisdictions. By using any DIGILIX Application, you consent to such transfers. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
Third-Party Services
Our Applications may rely on trusted third-party service providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or other operational purposes. These providers may access certain information only as needed to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
AI Features and Third-Party AI Processing
Some DIGILIX Applications offer optional AI-powered features. Where an Application lets you opt in to a cloud AI assistant, the text you submit for that feature (for example, the request you type) is transmitted to a third-party AI provider — Anthropic, PBC (the "Claude" service) — solely to interpret your request and return a result.
This processing happens only when you explicitly turn the feature on and provide the required endpoint. It is off by default. We send only the text necessary to fulfill your request and do not include your name, email, or other contact details. Your input is not used to train third-party AI models.
Anthropic processes this data as a service provider under its own privacy policy and data-use terms, which provide protections consistent with this policy. For more information, see Anthropic's privacy policy at https://www.anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
You can disable cloud AI features at any time in the app's settings, after which no further data is sent to the AI provider.
User Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal limitations.
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing.
- Data portability, where applicable.
To exercise these rights, please visit our Contact Us page.
What's new in VI Cheats 1.3 (added September 28, 2026)
VI Cheats still has no account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no in-app purchases, and we still do not collect personal data. Version 1.3 adds features that work on your device. This section explains what each one does with your information.
On-device AI. Some features use Apple's on-device language model when your device supports Apple Intelligence and it is turned on: suggestions for what you type in Search, three-point summaries of our articles, practice tips, memory phrases and the daily countdown line. The text is processed on your device. We do not send it to our servers or to any AI service, and we use no cloud AI. You can turn the app's AI features off in Settings > Features > On-Device AI. Siri and other system features are provided by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
Search. What you type in Search is matched on your device and is never sent to us. We do not store your searches.
Voice input. If you use the microphone button in Search, your speech is turned into text by Apple's on-device speech recognition. The audio is processed on your device, is never stored and is never sent to us or to anyone else. The app asks for microphone and speech recognition permission the first time, and you can change it at any time in the Settings app.
Translation. If you translate an article, Apple's Translation framework translates it on your device. Your device may download a language pack from Apple the first time; that download is handled by Apple.
Scan a screenshot. If you pick a screenshot to find a cheat, the image is read on your device to recognize button combos and is then discarded. The app does not get access to your photo library beyond the one image you pick, and it does not store or upload it. With Visual Intelligence, the image stays under the control of Apple's system feature.
Live Activities, widgets, Controls and Siri. The countdown on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, the widgets, the Controls and the Siri shortcuts are produced on your device. Favorites, the Launch Night checklist, practice times, the daily line and read articles are shared between the app and its widgets in a storage area on your device that only VI Cheats can use. Cheats and article titles may be added to your device's Spotlight index so you can find them from the Home Screen; that index stays on your device.
Reminders and alerts. Launch reminders, the Today's combo reminder and the VI codes alert are local notifications scheduled on your device. There is no push server. For the VI codes alert, the app may check our cheat list in the background; this is the same anonymous download described below.
Downloads from our server. As before, the app and its widgets download articles, headlines and cheat updates from our own server. These are read-only requests with no account, no login and no identifier. Like any web request, they reach our hosting provider from your device's network address; we do not use that address to identify you, and we do not combine it with anything else.
Sharing. Share cards are drawn on your device and are only shared where you choose to share them. They contain the countdown or your practice time and a link to the App Store; nothing is sent to us.
Count down together (SharePlay). If you start a SharePlay session on a FaceTime call, the app exchanges only "ready" flags with the other people in that session, through Apple's SharePlay. No text, no contacts and no other data are sent, and nothing reaches our servers.
Game controllers. If you pair a game controller, the app reads button presses on your device for practice. Nothing about the controller is stored or sent.
Apple Watch. If you use the VI Cheats watch app, your favorites and the countdown are sent from your iPhone to your paired Apple Watch through Apple's watch connection. They are not sent to us.
Your choices. You can turn each of these features off, or deny the permission it asks for, without losing the rest of the app. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device.

Children's Privacy
Our Applications are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information without parental consent, please contact us and we will promptly delete such data.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our Applications, practices, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above. Continued use of any DIGILIX Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
